1) PickUp

• No delivery charge!
• Pick up date will be notified by e-mail. Please show e-mail invoice to pick up products.
• If you empower someone else to pick up the products, please contact our customer service by customer@moviesuper.com or (852) 2418 8876.
• If you do not pick up your ordered product within a month, our company reserves the right of the product. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

2) Express

• We employ the service of SpeedPost (offered by Hong Kong Post Office) and FedEx for all local and overseas express delivery (signature required).
• Delivery time for local express orders: 1-3 workdays from the date of dispatch. For overseas express orders, 3-6 workdays are required.
• Please do not use P.O. Box as the delivery address.
• Express delivery to Mainland China, Taiwan or Macau requires recipient information (i.e. name and address) written in English.
• There is no restriction on location for overseas express delivery, but additional delivery time may be required for remote areas.
• Validation is required by authorized person.
• Express delivery is traceable with a tracking code.
• Please refer to the Shipping Charges for Express delivery fee.

3) Commercial District Courier Service

• Local customers can also choose to ship to a commercial district using the "commercial district courier service".
• Please specify the shipipng address in chinese and a phone number for contact.

4) Registered Air Mail

• 1-2 weeks delivery time from the date of dispatch.
• Airmails are registered and require the signature of the recipient.
• To avoid delay, please fill in customer and postal details carefully.
• Airmail orders are not traceable once they are dispatched.
• Please refer to the Shipping Charges for Airmail delivery fee.

5) Registered Surface Mail

• 6-8 weeks delivery time from the date of dispatch.
• Surface mails are registered and require the signature of the recipient.
• To avoid delay, please fill in customer and postal details carefully.
• Surface mail orders are not traceable once they are dispatched.
• Please refer to the Shipping Charges for Surface mail delivery fee.
