A confirmation email will be sent to the customer automatically after an order is placed. Under normal circumstances, an order will be dispatched within 3 to 7 workdays. Refer to Shipping Method for delivery time needed. Customers can check their order status in the page under Customer Services.
Pre-sale items
If an order includes one or more items that are not in release yet, the whole order (including items already available) will be shipped once the pre-sale items become available.
Out-of-stock items
If an order includes one or more items that are out of stock, we will order directly from the supplier or distributor first, which may result in delay. If the items are still unavailable after 7 workdays, or are found to be discontinued, the customer can exchange those with other titles of the same price or cheaper, or we will ship the available items at once. If the whole order is out of stock, we will not charge the customer.
Goods Return
If the items arrive damaged, the customer must inform us by filling in the Return Slip within 14 days, stating the reason of return and invoice number, and deliver the damaged items to us at:

We will then examine the damaged items and deliver the right product as soon as possible.
Remark:
For any claims, you must return the product and the invoice within 14 days of the delivery. Our company reserves the right of refusal of the returned product after 14 days. So please check and make sure the product is correct and in good condition.
Cancel of Order
An order cannot be cancelled unless it is somehow still not dispatched one month after the order date. If the whole order is out of stock or discontinued, we will cancel the order and the customer will not be charged.
